    A: No , Sorry.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: No, you will pay rent based on when you move in and your security deposit.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: Anyone who thinks they will not qualify on their own.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Click on the “apply now” button that is with the property page.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: We prefer through your secure online tenant portal , we also accept checks or money orders.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Call our office to find out if pets are allowed in your rental. There is a non refundable pet fee as well.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Call our office for instructions.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Turn in a 30 day written notice. (Emailed is fine)
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Depends on the repair. If caused my normal wear and tear, the owner does. If the repair is a result of something you did, then you will receive the invoice.
