About Us

Amy has her degree in Business from Arkansas State University and spent her early career in textiles. She moved to Fayetteville, NC in 2006 , fell into real estate and LOVED IT! Got her license and hit the ground running managing rental properties and selling homes. She loves that each day is different, each house is different and each person/family that she works with have a different story. Some good.... some sad... but she works very hard to take the stress out of selling, buying or renting or placing it into property mgmt. so you can focus on the rest of your life. Customer service is her main priority because she feels that is missing in today's business world. Her goal is that all of her clients walk away pleased with their experience with Ace Property Mgmt. and Ace Real Estate.

Another thing that sets her apart from other agents are her digital marketing strategies putting your home in front of the masses and her attention to detail. She does all the work and you keep living your busy life, she’s got you covered. Your home is her business.

Amy also stays busy at home with her 2 “almost grown” kids and dogs, Max and Bogie.

Iris was an art major at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, FL . She’s worked in customer service for most of her career. Iris moved to Fayetteville in 2017 to be closer to her son that’s in the military, she came on board with Ace Property Management in March of 2018 and has been a great addition to the team. Iris works very hard keeping the office organized and making sure all work orders are addressed and communicated in a timely manner. Her main job is client satisfaction and works to make sure our tenants and owners get the answers they need and the service they deserve.

Iris has 3 sons in all ranging from 15 to 25 and likes to stay active. She says that life is an adventure and she’s not done yet!
